Eligibility
The service is for licensed life and health insurance agents who hold an active license in at least one state and a National Producer Number. An admin reviews every profile before the first transfer.

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your transfer number, your licensed states, and your NPN, and for keeping your password private. Changes to licensed states take effect after admin approval.

Wallet and charges
Funds are prepaid and never expire. A transfer is charged only after you press 1 and stay connected to the caller past the 15-second buffer. Voicemail and shorter bridges are free. There is no monthly fee.

Transfers and conduct
You agree to answer transfers only when your availability is on, to comply with the laws that apply to insurance sales in each licensed state, and to treat caller information as confidential.

Recording
Calls are recorded. The recording disclosure explains what is recorded, who can hear it, and how long it is kept.

Suspension and termination
An admin may suspend a profile. A suspended profile receives no transfers. Unused prepaid funds remain on the wallet ledger.
